Premeditated Prosperity Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC provides individual and family 

psycho-therapy sessions to residents of North Carolina.

INSURANCE

The following insurances are accepted:

We are able to provide documentation or a super bill for self-pay/out of network clients to submit to insurers, if needed.

PAYMENT

All fees are due at the time of service. Non-payment will result in suspension of therapy services. Payments may be made using any major credit card/debit card/HSA card. Checks/Cash will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who do not attend scheduled therapy appointments and/or do not give advance notice (at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment) of cancellation are expected to pay a missed appointment fee of $100. Please note that the cost of missed appointments will not be covered by insurance.
